In dental school it wasn’t enough to memorize anatomy and be book-smart. You had to appreciate and be able to design and sculpt a tooth (with perfect anatomy) out of wax in one hour flat! In Canada, students used soap to do the same thing. When you enjoy art and can appreciate esthetics… providing beautiful smiles to patients comes more naturally.
